Lay-By Policy

  • Minimum 50% deposit required to secure an item on lay-by.
  • Lay-by period is up to 6 weeks unless otherwise agreed.
  • Instalments must be paid on time as agreed at the start.
  • No items released until the full amount has been paid.
  • Lay-by payments are non-refundable. Cancelled = forfeited.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation.
  • Prices are fixed at time of lay-by — no future price changes.
  • The 10% welcome discount does not apply to lay-by orders.

All payments are processed securely through PayFast — South Africa's trusted payment gateway. You can pay in full or choose lay-by with a 50% deposit. No manual EFT or proof of payment needed — your order confirms instantly.
All Crocs sizes shown on our site are South African (SA) sizing, ranging from size 3 to size 10.
Every order needs at least 4 business days for processing before dispatch. After that, transit time depends on your delivery method — see our full breakdown in the Delivery section above.
If you haven't received your Paxi collection SMS within the expected timeframe, WhatsApp Sarah on 063 530 0150 with your order reference and she'll follow up with Paxi directly.
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, WhatsApp Sarah as soon as possible with your order reference and the corrected address. Once dispatched, changes can no longer be made.
We don't offer refunds, but we do offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, provided you contact us within 48 hours with valid proof. See our full Exchange Policy for details.
